Main research question
I work on quite large panel of thematic from Miocene hominoids (about 9 to 8 million years – Ma) and their position in hominid phylogeny to carnivore evolution from the late Eocene to the Pliocene (37 to 5 Ma).
Topics of study
These researches involve the study of paleo-environments and their relationships with the mammalian faunas, the impact of carnivores on these faunas, the influence of climatic variations along the time, the past biogeography, and the phenomenon of migrations and disappearance of species.
